Return Policy

In order to make a return, please contact us at questions@one100.store, so we can arrange the time and date for a courier to pick up the parcel or arrange a drop-off.

Our policy allows you to return or exchange any item in 14 days.

If you purchased an item during our pre-launch, then 14 days policy applies from the date you were informed about the parcel being shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our online store, we can only accept returns bought from ONE 100 directly.

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at questions@one100.store. We will then send you the instructions on further actions on your side.
